This 1984 pamphlet, produced by the Coalition for Reproductive Choice in Winnipeg, argues for the right of women to reproductive choice and makes the case for the legalization of freestanding clinics and provision of safe, publicly-funded abortions as part of a comprehensive health care policy. It also outlines the barriers women face in accessing abortion services, problems with the system of Therapeutic Abortion Committees, Section 251 of the Criminal Code, and myths surrounding abortion.
