This poster, commissioned by the United Steelworkers Union in the late 1990s, sought to recognize the barriers women faced both within the union and in broader society. It features black-and-white close-up images of two women—one Black and one white. Below the faces, the blue-and-yellow United Steelworkers logo appears on the left, with the phrase “Everybody’s Union” on the right. Graphic design was done by Joss MacLennan and Debra Friedman.
