This poster was created for the Ontario Women’s Directorate in the 1990s as a public service announcement poster against intimate partner violence.  The design depicts a hand reaching for a telephone with text reading: “Are you being hurt by your husband or boyfriend? Do you feel trapped or scared? Wife assault is a crime. You can get help.” Below there is the logo for the Ontario Women’s Directorate. The poster was designed and illustrated by Joss Mclennan.
